Oliver is a Graduate of the University of Newcastle Upon Tyne, with an Honours Degree in Business Management and Marketing. Oliver grew up living in Oak House Nursery School with his family. Twelve years ago, Oliver and Sue Marshall set up a multi-award winning company creating products to support Role-Play in Early Years settings, called Early Vision. In 2013, Oliver and Rachel opened the doors of Beech House. He leads the Woodlands Nursery Group in Finance and Project Development, introducing new initiatives.
Outside work, Oliver is a bit of a fitness fanatic: he loves nothing more than being outdoors on his bike and then jumping into his outdoor Ice Bath at home.
