Nikki has taken the reins at Beech House, creating a variety of super scrummy and nutritious meals for all our children (and for the staff on a once a week basis!). Her daughter, Lauren, is an Assistant in the Baby Nursery. At the weekends, Nikki loves going to different National Trust places with her dog, Ruby.
