Emma is a Qualified Teacher who works with us four days a week. She is also a grade 8 Clarinet Player, and her son joins the children in the Kindergarten. In the seven years Emma has been with us, she has moved from Office Admin assistant, to completing her Childcare Assessor qualification, and she is now our invaluable Business Manager who runs all things business-related (from on-boarding new families to on-boarding new team members) for the Woodlands Nursery Group. In her spare time, Emma loves playing around with different spreadsheets, creating new systems and colour-coding everything!
