Alice gained her Early Years Educator qualification through our Training Academy, and has spent lots of time in the different departments at Beech House, as well as providing one-to-one support for a child in our care. We are delighted that Alice has chosen to spend the last ten years with us, and while here she has now risen to be our Deputy Manager, and has also completed her NPQEYL and her PANCO qualification, to enhance the Physical and Emotional well being of both our children and our team!
In Alice’s spare time she loves to go for walks and climb mountains: she has even completed the Welsh 3 Peaks!
