There is a £3.00 administration charge per change for one-off changes to regular booking patterns.
PLEASE NOTE: FEE REVIEWS occur each January. However, the Nursery reserves the right to review the fees at any stage throughout the year due to increased costs beyond our control. Fee payers will receive a minimum of one month’s notice for any changes in fees.
Government Support for Childcare
TAX-FREE CHILDCARE (TFC):
TFC can help with the cost of paying for childcare. You will need to set up a childcare account, which both you and the government will pay into. You can then use this money to pay your childcare provider.
For every £8 you pay into the account, the government will top it up by £2. The total top-up you can get for each child is £500 every 3 months (up to £2,000 per year).

EARLY ENTITLEMENT FUNDING (EEF):
Nurseries can register to receive funding for the children in their care from the age of 9-months up until they leave for school.

The nursery is currently signed up with the council to receive this funding and can claim funded hours up to a maximum of 22.8 hours per week (50 weeks per year). This has been the case since the nursery opened.
The decision to remain signed up to the council’s annual contract is reviewed on a termly basis to ensure it remains in the best interests of the nursery.

Funding is available between 0800-1730, with eligible hours allocated from the beginning of each week. All time outside this is charged in line with the nursery’s standard fees.
